Imageslice has provided quality service even after payment was made and time has elapsed. Marina stayed with me the entire time and did a wonderful job of capturing the memories of both traditions. Afterwards, it took me over a year to order my portraits. I was able to email a list of the photos I wanted since we did not live close to an Imageslice studio. Marina is always willing to help as much as possible. She was very understanding and helpful. Marina could have left when her shift was done at the wedding and I would have never captured my husband’s Mongolian traditions, but she didn’t. Marina / Imageslice have shown me that the customer is their number one priority even after the special day is over.
